Fit-Out, Construction and MEP Under One Roof
Cape Creatives Building Contracting works across the UAE on interior fit-outs, general construction, design consultancy and landscape works. Because design, joinery, MEP and finishing sit inside one team, a project moves from concept to handover without being passed between separate contractors. Each stage is planned around the client’s opening date, budget and operational needs, so decisions about materials, layouts and services are taken early — while they are still inexpensive to change — instead of on site.
Every project starts with a measured survey and a clear scope. From there our engineers and designers prepare drawings, a costed bill of quantities and a programme of works. Site teams execute to those documents, with quality checks at each milestone and one point of contact reporting progress. The result is a fit-out that is buildable, compliant and predictable, whether the job is a villa refurbishment in Khalidiya, a resort build on Al Aliah Island or a commercial space for a growing business.
Fit-out work is judged on the details nobody notices when they are right: door clearances, ceiling heights, how a light switch lines up with a worktop. We set those standards in the drawings, check them with samples before a single unit is fabricated, and inspect them again before a space is handed over — because correcting them later costs five times what it costs to get them right once.

What Working With Us Actually Involves
Your Brief, and What We Need From You
Before anything can be priced we need three things: the space itself, or the drawings if you already have them; a budget band rather than a single figure; and the date you need to be operational. With those in hand we can say which parts of the brief are driving the cost, and where a different material, finish or layout would bring it down without losing what matters. If you are working from another consultant’s design, we tender against those documents as they stand rather than quietly swapping in whatever is cheaper on site.
Made Off Site, Installed On Site
Joinery, steelwork and the coordination drawings behind the services are what decide the final quality of a space, and most of that work happens away from the site. We set it out early so units arrive finished and every service arrives with a route already agreed between trades, instead of being cut and rerouted in a space someone is trying to work in. On site our own supervisors hold the sequence, so ceilings, finishes and commissioning do not tread on each other and no completed surface is left exposed to work that should have happened first.
When Conditions Differ From the Drawings
Existing buildings rarely match their paperwork. When a survey finds a low soffit, a beam nobody mentioned or services that cannot be moved, we price the change and its effect on the programme before the work is carried out, and confirm it in writing. It keeps the handover date something you can plan an opening, a lease or a move around — and it means a decision taken on site shows up as agreed work rather than as a surprise in the final account.
